At MASS Psychotherapy & Counselling Services, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules need to change. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to someone else who may be waiting.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our time effectively and continue offering timely support to all clients.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
